No one knows your company as well as you do. We're here to help you get where you want to go. You can start with a tricky and urgent challenge or hand over upcoming tasks to relieve yourself and your team.

We have various designers, some of whom have their areas of expertise and can do them quickly. As a rule, however, we are generalists and many areas of design repeatedly overlap with other disciplines. Over the years, we've also assembled and refined a library of diverse frameworks and approaches to address the most pressing challenges that brands often face. This gives us a strong basis to include your industry, customers and special needs and thus orient ourselves and move forward.

How can I request designs?
designflat.net gives you a lot of flexibility when requesting designs via Trello. Common ways customers request designs are directly via Trello, sharing Google Docs or wireframes, or even recording a short video (for those who prefer not to write out their briefings). Basically, anything that can be linked to or shared with Trello is allowed.

How long does it take to build a website?
The time it takes to have a website created by us depends on individual needs and requirements. There is no general time specification here. It depends on the number of pages as well as the number of sections. How much animation and design work is required varies greatly.
As long as we have all graphics, texts and information, we can deliver a landing page (one-pager) with 6 sections within 2 days. Most of the time, however, you still need an imprint/privacy policy and cookie integrations to bring a full-fledged website online.

Yes, we can also create shop websites. We offer a wide range of services, including the creation of online shops on and via Webflow.

Can we also hire you to update our existing website?
Maybe! It depends on which systems, platforms or the same you work with.
Prices & subscription
How does the pause function work?
We understand that you might not have enough design work to fill an entire month. Maybe you only have one or two design requests right now. That's where pausing your subscription comes in. The billing cycles are based on a period of one month, i.e. 30 days. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 20 days and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle is paused and you still have 10 days of service left, which you can use at any time in the future. For the break, no project should be “in progress” or just wait “for approval.”
Is there a refund if I don't like the service?
Due to the high quality of work and the all-inclusive service, no refunds are given.
We understand that it is something completely new and that it needs to get used to. If you think it's still not clear, just set up a phone call and just ask us. We're not biting!
