1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers. Consumers are any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can primarily be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity. Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity which, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract & correction options
The purchase contract is concluded with Viktor Stark, Reinhartserstr. 14, 87437 Kempten (Germany) .By placing the products in the online shop, we are making a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can first add our products to the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.
3. Contract language & contract text storage
The language (s) available for the conclusion of the contract: EnglishWe save the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the text of the contract is no longer accessible via the Internet.
4. Delivery conditions
We deliver free of charge within Germany. We only deliver by mail. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself. We do not deliver to packing stations.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
- credit card: When you place your order, you provide your credit card details. Once you have been authenticated as a lawful cardholder, the payment transaction is carried out automatically and your card charged.
- Klarna PayNow credit card: When you place your order, you provide your credit card details. Once you have been authenticated as a lawful card holder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your card charged immediately after the goods have been shipped.
- Klarna PayNow direct debit: After a successful address and credit check as part of the ordering process, you give the online provider Klarna a SEPA direct debit mandate by submitting the order. Klarna will inform you about the date of the account charge (so-called prenotification). By submitting the direct debit mandate, Klarna asks your bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically and your account is charged. The account will be charged after the goods have been shipped. Payment processing via Klarna applies — in addition to our terms and conditions — Klarna's terms and conditions and privacy policy. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
- PayPal, PayPal Express: During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, authenticate yourself with your login details and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. - Instantly by klarna: After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards by Sofort and your account will be charged.
- Google Pay: To be able to pay the invoice amount via Google Pay, you must be registered with the service provider Google, have activated the Google Pay function, identify yourself with your login details and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order has been placed. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
- Giropay: After placing the order, you will be redirected to your bank's website. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Giropay, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instructions to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards and your account will be charged.
- Apple Pay: To be able to pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must use the “Safari” browser, be registered with the service provider Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, identify yourself with your login details and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order has been placed. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
- Purchase on account via Klarna: n Cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you payment on account as a payment option. Please note that Klarna invoices are only available for consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna in each case. - If you wantFinancing via Klarna: In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you installment payments as a payment option. Please note that Klarna installment purchase is only available for consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna. With Klarna's financing service, you can pay your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least 6.95€). 6. Warranty & guarantees
Unless otherwise expressly agreed below, the statutory warranty law applies. In the case of used goods, the following applies: if the defect occurs after one year from delivery of the goods, claims for defects are excluded. Defects that occur within one year of delivery of the goods can be claimed within the framework of the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery of the goods. The above restrictions and time reductions do not apply to claims due to damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents• in the event of injury to life, body or health• in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty and malice in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, whose Fulfilment enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) • within the framework of a guarantee promise, insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened up. 7. Liability
We are always fully liable for claims due to damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents • in the event of injury to life, body or health • in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty• in the event of guarantee promises, if agreed, or• insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened up. In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on their compliance with Contracting parties may rely on a regular basis (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence on the part of us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, the amount of liability is limited to the damage foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected.
8. Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
